the staff provided attentive service throughout my stay and they efficiently arranged a driver to my next destination. the room was very clean and maintained to a high standard. i appreciated the included airport pickup service , made my arrival seamless especially at that late hour.

the street outside was noisy particularly early in the morning so earplugs are recommended.

The room upgrade I received was a GREAT surprise. It included a balcony. I enjoyed the view of the area. The airport car service included with my room made my arrival very easy.

The general noise levels outside the hotel were quite high.

The room had a balcony and effective ac! the staff were cute and the restaurant provided delicious food. i appreciated the helpful front desk for arranging transportation. The manager organized a fantastic day trip with a reliable driver.

The internet connection on the third floor was quite poor. I could not stream youtube for days. i noticed a dusty bucket inside the room for smoke, placing it outside by the door might be better.
