The staff were very helpful. The food was AMAZING!!! The pool area was kept very clean. I appreciated the cook. He was very helpful during my time there. I thought his name was V.. The hotel rooms were comfortable.

The allocated room was located near the main lobby, and it was a little noisy.

My visit wasn't the best. the room cleaning was inconsistent. One day, they forgot to replenish the toiletries. the breakfast, though plentiful, lacked variety after a couple of days. i also noticed that the spa was closed, even though the hotel advertised spa services as available.
