faulty heaterincorrect number
i was disappointed with a few things . the heater in my room wasn't working, and it took a while to get it sorted out, even after reporting it. also, the phone number listed for reception was incorrect, so i had to walk back to the front desk to get help.. it was a bit inconvenient. i also expected a call from the guest relations manager to discuss the issues, but i never received one.

All staff members were cute , and polite. The hotel was clean, and it was surrounded by a leafy area. A ten-minute walk into the town centre proved helpful.
I only noticed one minor issue , there was only one choice of teabag in the room.

The staff members were friendly, helpful, and cute, providing excellent service. They greeted me upon arrival and provided assistance throughout my stay. The staff at the swimming pool were also very cute.

The leisure centre offered a great experience with a steam room and jacuzzi. The swimming pool was 1.5m deep. I also liked that I had to book the pool , and it wasn't overcrowded.
