The staff was efficient. Room service arrived quickly after ordering (less than 15 minutes). The room was big. Bedding and furniture were comfortable. The balcony sink was a nice addition. The bathroom was spacious. It had great value.

The hotel gym had no air conditioning. It is not part of the hotel. They have an agreement with the gym across the road. The rooms felt old. The air conditioning did not cool properly.

the staff was polite and helpful. the lady at reception helped me get a wonderful room. i had access to a large gym with great equipment and a swimming pool. the pool opening hours were from 7 am to 10 pm, which suited me well.

the shower head was practically unusable. it definitely needs replacement (or at least a good cleaning). i hope this will be addressed soon.

the location is central, great for exploring nearby restaurants. it is close enough for a short walk to the town. a nearby park offers a nice walking path, suitable for a morning stroll.

the staff could speak english well, very helpful. reception was very helpful with everything. the staff ensured my stay was pleasant, addressing concerns promptly and with a smile.

The staff was very polite and helpful. i especially appreciated mind at reception. She helped me get a wonderful room. the rooms are large, and the ensuite bathrooms are great. there is also a useful balcony with an outdoor sink.

The rooms felt a bit outdated for my taste. there weren't many shops nearby, like a 7-eleven (i missed that convenience!). the old town was a bit of a walk. It took me about 20 minutes to get there.
