the staff provided assistance recommending activities. a special thank you to may for being warm-hearted and patient. the team made my birthday nice, even though i was alone. i thank the team for their amazing work.
my friend booked a room, but it was mouldy with no electricity. it also lacked running water and smelled of sewage. she walked around spraying air fresheners as we said no.

the rooms were spacious , clean and well kept, offering comfortable accommodations for a pleasant stay. the balcony provided ample space to relax and enjoy fresh air. guests can expect a peace all around.

the pool was big with water fountains my son liked it very much the hotel location is central it was easy to access nearby attractions. our room included a balcony it was very clean. breakfast had a great variety i found many options i liked.
the gym was closed so i could not use it.

underwhelming stay, some issues present
friendly staffclogged draindirty sealant
the staff were generally friendly and tried to assist when asked.
My bathroom was not in great condition. I found the shower head leaked. it caused water to run down the door frame and seep into the bedroom. the bathtub drain seemed to be clogged with soap from a previous guest, yuck. dirt piled up in the corners of the bathroom, a real charming touch, and the sealant around the tub looked like it hadn't met bleach in ages.
