convenient location friendly staff

the location near porta nuova proved convenient for city exploration and it was important. the staff demonstrated a friendly and helpful attitude upon arrival. breakfast offered a reasonable selection of items each morning. i found nearby restaurants and shops to be easily accessible.

THE staff WAS friendly and gave good directions. Public parking lots were available near the premises. The room was spacious, and the beds WERE comfortable.

I found the lighting in the bedroom TOO bright, like an operating theatre. But the bedside light was too weak for reading! The shower cabin door WAS broken, and water leaked onto the floor. I found the room spartan, like a school dormitory.

bright bedroom lighting cigarette butts

The bedroom lighting resembled a hospital operating room. Far too bright. The bedside light? Useless for reading, as if it were intentionally dim. I also discovered cigarette butts on the balcony outside the French window, they were a charming addition during my entire stay.
