Central Location with Traditional Charm

I appreciated the location. It was in the heart of everything. The staff was helpful. They assisted with my luggage upon arrival, I did not have to carry it all the way up the stairs. Breakfast was enjoyable, it included fruit and eggs.
The facilities was somewhat basic. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. The windows could not be opened, this affected ventilation.
