beautiful gardens well-kept exteriors convenient location faulty shower shortage of water unresolved issue
The gardens looked beautiful. I noticed Balinese exteriors, and they seemed well kept. The location is convenient to the main area. It is tucked away, so privacy and quietness are assured.
The shower did not work well. The water ran out quickly, in about 5 to 10 minutes. I was assured it was to be getting fixed, but that never happened. Nothing was done to improve my stay.

The location were good, close to center. Breakfast was included.
The room felt not clean. Bed sheets had old stains, they were yellow. The door didn't close properly, I fear small animals could get in.

The hotel location is very convenient, near the center. A short walk made access easy. I appreciated the spacious room. The pool was good, and I used it daily. The staff members were helpful. They answered all my questions.
