fantastic central stay

amazing location helpful staff personal touch clean building

the staff helped me carry my luggage upstairs upon arrival. i received a cute note in my room a lovely personal touch. the building was very clean well decorated and spacious.

the stairs proved a bit tiring after long days so a lift would be a great addition

adequate stay near the main attractions

sticky floor dusty racks

the room had some issues i hoped weren't there. the floor felt sticky, i did not like that. also, some furniture was worn and peeling. the cleanliness of the toilet wasn't great, and the towel racks had some dust. (i expect more attention to detail)

Absolutely Wonderful Location!

personal touch clean building

I found such a personal touch upon my arrival with a cute note. It seemed like my own apartment! The building is amazing. It is very clean, well-decorated, and spacious. I really appreciated the staff. They gave amazing tips on restaurants near the hotel.

My room was a bit small. I thought the AC and the ventilation were not fully effective, especially given the humidity.

convenient location helpful staff tea facilities small room no lift dated decor

the location proved convenient, it was near piazza san marco. the staff offered useful recommendations. my room featured coffee and tea facilities.

the room i received was quite small. there was no lift, a concern for those with heavy luggage. the decor seemed a bit dated and not entirely to my taste.
