everything about my visit was great. the hosts, dave and carol, were lovely. (they really go the extra mile.) the entire place felt comfortable and clean. i found it to be more than worth the money i paid. plus, a quiet beach was just down the hill, maybe 200 yards away.

i noticed the stairways could use a little upgrade, mainly the carpet.

the hotel is located a short walk from the beach, roughly five minutes on foot. the immediate area around the hotel is quiet, distanced from the main hustle of the town, yet close enough to easily access amenities, if needed.

The room had a great-sized bed, perfect for a comfortable night. the en suite bathroom was also nice and clean, i found the room to have everything needed for a short stay. The provided breakfast was lovely.

The location was near the beach. i appreciated the comfy bed. the food was reasonably priced and tasty. They accommodated my gluten free diet. the room size was lovely and large.

Staff seemed unwelcoming. Only one lady was friendly and helpful. the reception, stairways, and corridors need an upgrade. i noticed dirty carpet and marked paintwork. It needs improvements.
