Really good Staff and Prime Location!

I found the staff helpful. Nothing seemed too difficult for them. I especially liked that it was my second visit, and I secured the same room again. The location is superb. It's very close to everything. The breakfast was fantastic. It was among the best I have had at any hotel.

The hotel is situated just over ten minutes from the train station. This makes travel very easy. The hotel is on the seafront and right in the town centre. I appreciate these conveniences.

The staff demonstrated flexibility when I experienced a significant delay on the M4. I am so thankful. They then agreed to reinstate it. I could check in late.

The room included facilities for tea and coffee. Clean sheets were also provided. The breakfast was tasty and there was good service. Staff members were friendly and greeted guests in a cute manner.
