excellent lake views
easy access fine views
the hotel enjoys a fantastic location with EASY access to the town centre. parking was convenient and onsite , which i found helpful. the staff were friendly , ALWAYS ready to assist with a smile. i especially enjoyed the fine lake views from the bar on the sixth floor , they were really amazing.
during my stay , i noticed the beds could benefit from some attention. i felt that new mattresses would definitely enhance the overall experience . it is a small adjustment that could make a BIG difference in comfort.

the hotel is positioned conveniently for strolling into the town centre , a HUGE plus. its lakeside location also means scenic views are easily accessible. the proximity allows easy exploration.

easy access fine view really good breakfast
The location provided easy access to the beach and city center, awesome for quick morning swims. The views from the sixth floor room and balcony of the lake and mountains were Fine. Breakfast selections were really good, a true delight.
The hotel hallways had loud music. This was somewhat disruptive.

water leak shower leak
The buffet breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
The shower leaked a lot of water under the door, very inconvenient, and I had to use extra towels to soak it up each time I showered.
