The staff was genuinely friendly, always ready with a smile. The room was indeed clean and orderly. I appreciated the bus stop just outside, a feature , made getting around effortless. The location was especially convenient for visiting the Amex football stadium.
The room felt somewhat small, a minor inconvenience for an otherwise great visit.

I found the room very clean and tidy. The shower was nice, and there was a separate toilet. I also appreciated the friendly staff. It was a great hotel for a short stay.
The television was very basic. I think it would benefit from an update, though it didn't bother me much.

The shower in the bathroom was actually quite good. It's the only thing i can say i liked.
the room was small, okay, but the noise was a problem. loud music from the pub downstairs went on until late. sleeping was impossible before midnight.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was quite clean and everything was functional. I found plenty of bottled water available, great. It was easy to catch a bus into town from the hotel.

The room included a mini fridge (very useful for keeping drinks cold). Staff were very attentive and helpful when i needed assistance. The bathroom was a decent size. I appreciated the strong wifi. It allowed me to work without interruptions.
The parking situation was not ideal. It stated there was parking. i had to find street parking. It was a bit inconvenient.
