helpful staff friendly staff lovely food good food no draught beer kettle absence cleaning need
the staff were friendly and helpful. the food was lovely. everything was generally good overall.
there was no draught beer available. the place needed some cleaning. i also noticed there was no kettle in the room.

helpful staff clean room tasty breakfast accessible location
the staff seemed friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room I received was really clean, which i REALLY Appreciated. Breakfast had adequate choices and was tasty. The hotel location made attractions quite accessible.
The bar had only bottled beer available. No draught options were offered.

fantastic stay near the central beach
helpful staff amazing location clean room
the staff was helpful i received great service with all my needs met promptly the location was amazing it was close to central attractions and restaurants the room was clean and cozy i really enjoyed my time and i want to come back next year
the lift was a little slow sometimes during peak hours but it wasn't a major issue

Rob at the reception was very helpful. He addressed my concerns quickly. The hotel staff were generally friendly and efficient. The location proved to be very convenient to nearby attractions, saving me travel time. The breakfast offered adequate choices, and the dining area was tidy.

convenient location helpful staff comfortable bed
the location was very convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the staff were helpful and quickly addressed a minor issue with the room. i found the bed comfortable and slept well .
the noise from nearby street traffic was noticeable at times.
