The room was spacious, clean, and warm. A comfortable bed and good showers were present.
The location was a bit far from where I needed to be, plus, the area around the rooms looked unkempt. It had rained and there was a big puddle to navigate to get to my room.

i found the room very clean and spacious. the shower had a powerful spray , a welcome treat after a long day. breakfast included fruit juice , cereal , and a choice of a full english or vegan option.
the room was a bit cold as the heating wasn't on during a cool day.

blocked drainfaulty heating
i found some issues . the shower drain seemed blocked it caused water to pool up. the room also felt quite cold the heating didn't seem to be working properly, a shame. these problems impacted my overall experience a bit.

The family room was spacious. It included parking. Tea facilities were available. Breakfast and WiFi were included.
The room seemed tired. I noticed the carpet had not been vacuumed. The shower tray had some flooding issues.
