the room had a mini fridge (very useful to keep things cool). the hosts were cute, and the breakfast was plentiful with cereal, fruit, and a cooked meal. the location was also quite convenient.
the place smelled quite strongly of dog upon arrival. the parking situation was not as expected as it cost us over £40 for a few days, though it was described as free parking nearby.

the room was spotlessly clean! it had new carpets. the decor seemed modern. the room also had plenty of tea and coffee making facilities.
i noticed the handrails up the stairs felt a bit sticky.

I had a good sized clean room. the mini fridge was very helpful for storing my drinks. the owner was friendly, and nothing seemed like too much trouble, which i appreciated. breakfast was very good. I enjoyed it.
the shower pressure was not great! i hope they get this fixed soon.

The room was impeccably clean. I found the bed to be comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with generous portions. I was grateful they accommodated my dogs with great care. The in-room fridge was sufficiently large for all my beverages.
The handrails on the stairs felt slightly sticky, though everything else was very well maintained.

The accommodation is located a very short walk into the town center. It is also near the railway and bus stations. The seafront is at the end of the road, accessible in half a minute.

The welcome was warm and friendly, and I found my room quite comfortable. My bathroom was bigger than usual (a nice surprise!). Breakfast offered bespoke options ordered the night before. I chose a sausage sandwich, though a full English was available.
Finding parking presented some challenges due to local council regulations.
