The location was excellent for exploring. The room was beautifully decorated. Communication regarding check-in was very clear. I liked the walk-in shower. It was quite spacious.
The room was a bit warm upon arrival, though it quickly cooled down after opening the window.

The hotel is near the ferry terminal so early departures are easy. The hotel sits right in the middle of the quay. Many bars and lovely restaurants are on the doorstep.

the location was acceptable given its proximity to the quay.
The room was excessively hot, and i couldn't figure out how to work the climate control (i suspect there wasn't any). having the bed up against the wall wasn't ideal. It felt more like a single room than a double. there also wasn't any body wash or shampoo in the shower, forcing me to use the hand wash instead.

the bedroom was quite dark. brighter lighting would improve the room. this was a minor inconvenience overall.

the decor was modern. i especially liked the convenient location near the quay. the check-in process was smooth and straightforward (a big plus after a long day of travel).
my room faced the street, so street noise was noticeable, especially early in the morning. earplugs would have helped.
