Fantastic Stay Near the Beach
friendly staff great pool beach access
I found the staff approachable and friendly, so I felt welcomed. The hotel has a great pool. Direct access to the beach was a plus. I enjoyed the convenience of renting water sports equipment nearby.
The room smelled faintly of air freshener. I think the ventilation needs some attention.

The breakfast offered plenty of food and drink options. I especially liked the quality of the food. The team was professional and the chef and cooks welcomed guests warmly. I felt at home.

Rooms here are large. There was plenty of space for luggage. A furnished kitchen and washing machine. The facilities are enough for a longer stay.

The hotel is in a great location. Kite beach is a short walk. Cycle lanes, running lanes, and walking lanes are nearby. I loved being so close to the beach.

I thought the pool was amazing with views of the sea. The gym had equipment for a good workout. I saw Mr Vincent give swimming lessons to a child and I was impressed.

disruptive noise musty smell
The location was great near the beach! It was perfect for morning walks.
The noise at night was quite disruptive. I could hear cars racing. It made it difficult to sleep! The room smelled musty. This was really off-putting, and I think the air conditioning needs some maintenance

mold smell ac unit
the room REEKED. there was an overpowering mold smell coming from the ac unit. it even got into our clothes and luggage. this is unacceptable, especially with a baby in tow
