I found the air conditioning very effective, maintaining a cool temperature in the room. the provided toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. the rooftop pool area was well maintained and was pleasant. We loved the pool.
The parking area behind the hotel felt a little inaccessible. I almost scratched my rental.

The front desk staff was helpful with directions and local information. They answered all my questions. room service was prompt. It delivered meals within 30 minutes of ordering. the staff arranged a taxi quickly.

i loved everything about my stay! the pool has an amazing view of burj khalifa. saif did a fantastic job and was helpful. aliza at reception was very accommodating and friendly, i felt so welcome. also , the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices!
The only very slight issue was the limited availability of phone chargers. It is convenient to have one available who may forget theirs.

the hotel boasts a new swimming pool located on the roof , and it really is amazing. there is also a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes for fitness enthusiasts.

Rooms are spacious and cozy. I experienced no issues with the ac . each room includes two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, providing convenience and a premium feel. rooms are cleaned daily.

the staff is friendly and helpful , always ready to assist with any requests. shahbaz is a very kind supervisor and very attentive to guest needs. alicia and shabeer also helped us a lot , and they were so nice.

i stayed in a beautiful double or twin room and it was fantastic. the room was very clean! the breakfast was great with omelette, sausages, and fresh fruit!
