I got an upgrade to a lovely room. The hotel's location allowed me to walk to many interesting spots. The inclusion of a free public transport pass was so useful , and the access to tea and coffee in the lobby was a welcome perk.
The bathroom had a small step , and I stubbed my toe. A rug or some tape there would prevent future incidents.

The receptionist was helpful and gave me bread rolls and cutlery when I brought food to have in my room , that was lovely. Staff members were great to my needs , this enhanced my experience. The team maintained cleanliness throughout my stay , that ensured a comfortable environment.

My room was ready when I arrived for an early check-in, a nice surprise. I found the location excellent for walks to the historic sites, which I enjoyed. I used the available coffee and tea all day. It was a great feature. The free public transport pass made getting around simple.
