the staff allowed an early check-in at 11am, it was helpful. the location is excellent with christmas markets nearby (right outside). the lobby bar offers a comfortable area to relax and drink.
i found the room quite small for the price i paid. there was no coffee machine and no minibar. the view faced other apartments, so i needed to keep the curtains shut.

the room offered a decent size for two people. it had individual duvets (a first for me) and i slept very well. the room was very clean and tidy.

The location suited my needs perfectly. The Christmas market was easily accessible. My room overlooked the market, yet it was surprisingly quiet. I found Ivan on the staff to be particularly friendly, a definite plus. The local bus stop is just steps away, very convenient.
The absence of tea or coffee making facilities in the room was a slight inconvenience. I wish there was a kettle, even a mini-fridge, something to boil water quickly.

The room was clean and well kept. Its size was adequate for two occupants. I noticed individual duvets on the bed, a feature I had not encountered before. It ensured a restful sleep, I have to say, though the design was basic.

The hotel is centrally located, and I appreciated the proximity to various shops, cafes and restaurants. Tram connections are very close to the hotel! making it easy to navigate to other city districts. It was perfect though the parking was expensive.

the room was surprisingly spacious and quiet i found the bed offered great comfort. the bathroom was modern and well-equipped it featured a large shower with excellent water pressure. the staff was helpful i appreciated their warm and professional service. the hotel's location was perfect being close to attractions and public transportation.
i noticed the absence of tea and coffee facilities in the room i would have welcomed these amenities

The lobby bar provided nice drinks, I guess it wasn't all bad.
The room lacked a mini bar, so disappointing. Plus, there wasn't a coffee machine. The view faced other apartments. As a result, I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. The breakfast area seemed like a chaotic mess, that was pretty poor.

I found the lack of in-room coffee or tea facilities inconvenient. There were also too few electrical sockets available for charging devices. The breakfast arrangement was not ideal. I had to eat at a very low table while sitting on an armchair because all proper tables were occupied. This made the meal uncomfortable.
