reasonable stay overall
fantastic balconyclean areafreezing poolexpensive taxis
i found the balcony to be fantastic with its sun loungers. the communal areas were clean. i also liked the quiet and relaxing location.
The pool was supposedly heated, but it was freezing. the hotel is a bit out of the way and requires taxis everywhere. taxis averaged 10 euros each way into town. I found that annoying.

a fairly balanced stay

The pool was huge and the water felt pretty heated. there were many sunbeds. This provided some intimacy if desired. the design felt bali-like. This created a quiet atmosphere. we had a one-bedroom apartment with a sea and pool view. This included a large terrace and a second private terrace on the roof.
We stayed at this hotel for five days. the location was not ideal. It required taxis to places like los cristianos, costing about 10 euros each way. rooms were tired and outdated. The cleaning wasn't thorough. It only consisted of changing towels. also, there was a cockroach issue in one of our rooms. We ended up removing them ourselves.

I found the pool area to be quite good. Plenty of sunbeds are around the pool. The gym facilities offer a good workout space. Staff members seemed friendly .
The cleaning service was not up to par. It isn't done daily, I had to schedule it in advance. The whole towel system seemed confusing. I was also a bit surprised that room service isn't available.
