attentive staff quick check-in reliable shuttle available food
The staff was attentive and check-in was quick. I found the bed comfortable. The free airport shuttle was reliable and ran frequently. The hotel common areas had a bar and food available.
The AC unit was a little louder than I prefer.

service issues unfortunately
shuttle service constant noise
the shuttle service was a mess. i waited a ridiculous two hours at the airport. apparently, the driver was too busy on the phone to notice us. to add insult to injury, he dropped us off at the wrong hotel, ignoring our directions. constant ac noise and plane noise also made tv reception nearly impossible.

frequent shuttle varied menu helpful staff front desk
the shuttle service was a HUGE plus. it ran frequently and made airport transfers simple. the on-site restaurant offered a varied menu and the food was tasty. the staff at the front desk was always available and helpful, especially with directions.
i noticed the ice machine on my floor was out of order .

the front desk staff provided quick assistance and answered questions clearly. the shuttle drivers were punctual. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness daily, replenishing towels and toiletries efficiently, and I did appreciate it.

the hotel's proximity to the airport made it very convenient for early morning flights. nearby restaurants and shops are at a walkable distance. there is an easy access to major highways, a GOOD point.

roach infestation insecure room
The check-in was not smooth. They insisted on a card for a small hold. The room itself WASN'T great. I found roaches. NOT just one or two. The staff seemed overwhelmed. I requested a cleaning, it took hours. The doors also lacked proper locks. Housekeeping entered while I was asleep. Management walked in when my fiance was in the shower. It felt very unsafe.

The room was very clean. A fridge and safe was available. The TV allowed access to tv streaming service. The staff was gentle with our late check out, I appreciated this gesture.
The wait time for the airport shuttle was longer. I saw other hotel shuttles pass twice before our shuttle arrived. This delay added a little stress to my travel.
