friendly staff great location luggage storage room cleaning clean towels poor breakfast
The staff was friendly. The location is great because it is close to the beach. They also have luggage storage. The hotel is very clean.
Our room was not cleaned during our 6 nights stay and they did not change out the towels. I complained at the reception desk on day 5 and the room was still not cleaned. The breakfast included was not good either, poor breakfast.

acceptable stay close to the beach
compact hotel equipped room sufficient entertainment rude employee unsure behavior frustration issue
i found the hotel to be very compact. rooms included everything we needed. most of our trip involved rain, but there was sufficient entertainment available. i thought that every staff encounter was pleasant.
upon my arrival, a younger employee greeted me. she seemed rude and unsure. i noticed she took her frustrations out on me rather than seeking assistance.
