Charming Stay

This was my first stay. The staff members, Michael and Gleb, were attentive and made sure I had everything i needed. The owner, Antonio, was quite friendly (which i liked). I got to know some of the other guests, and it was easy to make friends around the pool area.
The gate to the hotel was sometimes open at night. I noticed this a couple of times when i returned late.

The hotel is in a quiet area. It is walkable to the Yumbo center and the beach. There are shops nearby plus a bus stop that provides access to other parts of the island.

My bungalow included a kitchenette for preparing food. There is a supermarket not too far to stock up. The bar area also offers a mini library (i took full advantage of that).

The bungalow was equipped with everything i needed. My bungalow was cleaned daily and the bed was made daily. The room features air conditioning and a big television with international channels (i watched a movie).

the swimming pool was regularly cleaned and kept at a good temperature. staff created a relaxing atmosphere for all guests. i found the daily cleaning of the bedroom , kitchen and bathroom excellent.
the front gate was regularly open at night. this allowed anyone to wander around , which worried me. security cameras had not worked for years , which was not reassuring. i felt the place was somewhat tired and grubby.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The team (Antonio and his partner included!) fostered a cute atmosphere. The bungalows maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The quiet location offered peaceful relaxation with a supermarket just a short walk away.
I noticed some minor wear on the kitchenette cabinets. These did not affect my stay, but I thought I should mention it.

I really enjoyed how well-kept the grounds were. Everything was clean. i appreciated the staff's friendliness. the bungalow itself had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the pool was warm and i enjoyed the shade available.
the walk to the dunes took longer than i anticipated.

yumbo centre is a walk or a short taxi ride from here. frequent local buses are available, good for avoiding driving. parking is ample if you decide to rent a car.

the heated swimming pool was very nice. the new electronic door locks, opened by fingerprint, provided extra security. i found the attentive staff and very clean bungalows very good.
the gym equipment was slightly outdated, but still usable.
