The swimming pool was heated and regularly cleaned. The staff created a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere for all guests. The daily cleaning of the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom was excellent. The staff were very attentive and friendly, which i liked.
The front gate of the hotel was regularly open at night. This meant anyone could wander around. I noticed the security cameras had not been working for the past few years. Nothing seemed to be done about it. so i did not feel safe

clean swimming pool relaxing atmosphere excellent cleaning open gate faulty camera tired place
the swimming pool was regularly cleaned and kept at a good temperature. staff created a relaxing atmosphere for all guests. i found the daily cleaning of the bedroom , kitchen and bathroom excellent.
the front gate was regularly open at night. this allowed anyone to wander around , which worried me. security cameras had not worked for years , which was not reassuring. i felt the place was somewhat tired and grubby.

cute atmosphere high standard peaceful relaxation short walk
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The team (Antonio and his partner included!) fostered a cute atmosphere. The bungalows maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The quiet location offered peaceful relaxation with a supermarket just a short walk away.
I noticed some minor wear on the kitchenette cabinets. These did not affect my stay, but I thought I should mention it.

The reception and bar staff were consistently attentive. They seemed eager to assist with any needs. The team ensured I felt welcome (a real personal touch) during my entire stay.

clean grounds friendly staff warm pool
I really enjoyed how well-kept the grounds were. Everything was clean. i appreciated the staff's friendliness. the bungalow itself had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the pool was warm and i enjoyed the shade available.
the walk to the dunes took longer than i anticipated.

yumbo centre is a walk or a short taxi ride from here. frequent local buses are available, good for avoiding driving. parking is ample if you decide to rent a car.

The pool area is well maintained. It offers a warm pool and shaded areas. space exists for both relaxation and more social interactions. the grounds were very clean on a daily basis, it was appreciable.

a relaxing escape
heated swimming pool electronic door attentive staff
the heated swimming pool was very nice. the new electronic door locks, opened by fingerprint, provided extra security. i found the attentive staff and very clean bungalows very good.
the gym equipment was slightly outdated, but still usable.

The kitchenette included a coffee machine and microwave, awesome for basic meal preparation. A supermarket nearby offered convenient grocery shopping. also, there was a vending machine with drinks.

The location was quiet and walkable to the centre, taking about 15 minutes. the hotel is located a short taxi ride from yumbo. Buses to the lighthouse and las palmas stop nearby.
