Amazing Stay in the Heart of Everything!

The location was unbeatable! I found myself steps away from the main shopping street and just a short walk to the river. Tram access.). The staff was helpful and super friendly.
The street noise was noticeable at times, especially with the windows open.

Staff at the reception was available around the clock, and they gladly helped me with tram tickets. The staff was attentive to my requests, for example they provided tea and coffee daily free of charge, which I really appreciated.

My room included ironing facilities, allowing me to keep my clothes crisp, also a bonus was the tap with free water to take to my room! The hotel provides access to a fully equipped gymnasium just a short walk away from the premises.

Breakfast had a nice variety (especially the pastries!). The breakfast staff kept everything clean and were very efficient in their work. I liked how it set me up for the day.

The location is great. It's super convenient to access from the airport using the tram, a huge plus (i hate long transfers!). main attractions are easily reachable. my room was located on the fourth floor and was clean. the bed was comfy. i really loved the excellent shower.
i noticed the air conditioning made strange sounds. it only buzzed. this made it difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature, and i did not find it helpful.

I found a useful water refill station. the room was perfect and the breakfast buffet was delicious. the staff was amazingly helpful, really attentive, and quick to address any concerns. the hotel is in a pedestrian zone. Packing heavy bags is a challenge, and taxi pick-up requires some planning.
the air conditioning was very noisy. i had to turn it off to sleep, so the room was really hot.

my room had a huge window. i was able to open the window facing the side street. the location was really great with all the shopping nearby. the shopping location made it perfect. i would have stayed longer if i had known how nice it was.
the air conditioning was noisy so i turned it off to sleep. the room became really hot. this happened during early may.
