modern style comfortable bedding helpful staff missing basics poor welcome missing information

The hotel had a new modern style. The modern design was very impressiv, and the bedding felt comfortable. The staff was very helpful to me. Location near to the station was a real plus.

The rooms are feeling more like a better youth hostel, I was missing some basics. I was very disappointed by the welcome when I arrived with my children. I was given only few information about when my room would be ready, this was not good. I find it not nice.

luggage storage fee bad fruit

I found a few things frustrating. paying extra to store luggage felt cheap. I've never seen that before. the qr code system for the luggage room was unnecessarily complicated! the room ventilation was stuck on all night and made it hard to sleep. breakfast looked promising but even the fruit salad was bad.

The room was clean enough, which I appreciated.

I found several aspects quite disappointing. The room felt somewhat basic, lacking basic amenities. There were no cups or tea. I was surprised to find there was a fee to store luggage and I have NEVER heard of this before. I found this especially inconvenient.

the breakfast offered sufficient variety for most preferences.

i found the room somewhat lacking. the design felt cheap, particularly the red cupboard. the concrete ceiling gave the impression of sleeping in an underground car park, not pleasant (in my opinion).

the staff was really friendly (i loved that). the breakfast had varied options. the hotel felt very modern, i thought the use of timber created a pleasant atmosphere.

The room lacked design. the cupboard looked cheap because it was red. the roof seemed like i was sleeping in an underground car park. It was a concrete slab.

friendly staff common kitchen good location

The hotel is near the train station. I walked there in less than ten minutes. The staff members are friendly. There is a communal kitchen. It was very useful.

There was no air conditioning in the room.
