the location proved convenient. public transportation was a short walk away. the staff were attentive. rami, in particular, provided Really good assistance with my requests. the room was QUIET and allowed for restful sleep.
it was MINOR. this didn't SIGNIFICANTLY affect my overall stay.

I appreciated the prompt responses from the reception staff to all my requests. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout my stay. I found a wheelchair available for people with disabilities very helpful. The on-site café made getting tea and snacks very convenient.
I noticed the hotel car park had limited spaces, I had to park further away. It was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is close to a shopping center. Products and merchandise are sold here. Taxis and public transport buses are readily accessible. I was very happy with the location.

the staff were helpful when i needed extra towels.
I found the room layout very odd (honestly, who designs these things?). the sink was actually in the main room, not the bathroom, inconvenient. also, the parking situation was a nightmare. I spent ages driving around looking for a free space.

I liked the location. It was perfect. the breakfast buffet had a great variety. the staff were helpful. Karan and john from room service were notable. the beds were comfortable!!!
I found a very faint drainage smell occasionally present outside the hotel entrance. It was not constant though.

The hotel has a gym. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area had about twenty loungers. a shaded section was there, providing relief from the sun.

Our family room had ample space for luggage and activities. the room had two separate sinks. This really helped with morning routines. a rainfall shower was included.

The english breakfast provided a nice variety. I saw several dishes catering to different tastes. fresh fruit and pastries were also available. the coffee machine made a good latte!!!

The reception staff were quick to respond to requests. This made settling in very easy. housekeeping kept the room immaculate. i found their attention to detail particularly commendable.

The staff were helpful with all requests. They responded very quickly to our needs. The gym had functional equipment which was a nice addition to my stay (i try to work out every day).
The room design was unusual. The bathroom sink was in the middle of the room, not in the bathroom itself. The carpet in the room had multiple stains. Parking was on a first come, first served basis, finding a spot took 15-20 minutes some days.
