the location was very good. the restaurant food was also fine.. it provided a convenient option for dining.
the room needs updating. i noticed rusting around the wash basin in the bathroom area.. there were no room amenities initially. i had to call to request them, but they did not arrive.

the hotel has a superb location close to both the Gold Souq and Al Ras metro stations. the complimentary breakfast was good, offering fresh and tasty options. i found the staff consistently helpful, no matter the hour. i really appreciated arthur and azim. all the housekeeping crew that ensured i have a wonderful trip.
i had a small issue since i tried to call the hotel reception before my late check-in, but no one answered.

Great Gold Souk Stay

I was grateful for my Twin Room. The room had a kettle with tea and coffee. A fridge was available, which I found very useful. The restaurant downstairs offered good food. I also appreciated the nearby cafe in the courtyard. The staff were friendly, and they were helpful.
The hotel lack a parking lot, so I had to use nearby parking. This was an expensive option. The breakfast was not good. My kids were disappointed. This made it inconvenient for my family during our mornings.
