the family room was huge. it had comfortable beds and great air conditioning. a very friendly member of staff greeted me. i was charmed by the location close to key sites.
The room was on the ground floor. it was smaller than i expected. hot water was slow. It took some time to arrive.

The location was supremely convenient. The main attraction was just a short stroll away. i found the reception staff helpful. They provided guidance and advice on local spots to visit. the garden area was a good space to relax, it felt very private and tender.

the location was really convenient it was close to the main attractions. the staff helped me with directions and recommendations. the room had comfortable linens it was a pleasant surprise.
the room faced a busy street the noise was noticeable early in the morning. the bathroom had a slight odor i found it a bit unpleasant. the breakfast option was not available directly at the hotel this was a minor inconvenience.

the reception staff were excellent! both gentlemen were polite and helpful. the location next to the tower and restaurants was also great.
the bathrooms were for disabled guests. i didn't request this, so they were inconvenient. room 101 had no hot water. the toilet leaked onto the floor.
