I felt very charmed by this hotel. The reception staff was attentive and very helpfull. The location suited me well. It's close to the city center. Breakfast included good variety of food, with fresh options always available. I noticed the chef paid attention to details.
The walls need a refresh, I see some spots.

The hotel sits within short walking distance of main attractions. I didn't have to use transportation. Everything was near. Restaurants and shops are all around, I found the spot very convenient. This central location helped.

Breakfast offers many choices, from savory to sweet. Coffee machines made really good coffee that I liked. The hotel sells tickets for hop-on hop-off buses. I think that this added convenience is useful.

The room had everything necessary. Towels and toiletries were provided. The bed was comfortable, I rested. I did not experience issues with the TV or internet access. The rooms offers enough space.

The breakfast offers fresh choices, tasty marmalades, and fresh coffee. I spent many hours at the breakfast table, I liked the atmosphere. A chef creates good recommendations about food. Dining feels elegant.

The hotel's location was quite convenient. It was very close to the city center and public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided great service!
The room I had was not up to date. The shower was a bit old. Some maintenance is needed. I had to use the stairs. This was difficult for me with luggage.

the location was acceptable for exploring the area on foot.
This was not ideal. the room felt outdated and basic, really showing its age. also the shower was leaking pretty badly all over the floor
