SUPER convenient location!
easy access excellent service
The hotel is near the Gerusalemme metro station. I easily accessed other areas. The staff provided AMAZING service and were always ready to assist with directions. The room was Super clean. I really appreciated the cleanliness. I also liked that the hotel offered early check-in!
The air conditioning unit was quite old. It made some noise during the night.

a wonderful find!
good choices nice view round-the-clock reception
the breakfast had good choices, including cheese and cold cuts. our room offered a really nice view. everything was clean . the reception was open around the clock.
the walls felt thin, and sounds from neighboring rooms were occasionally audible.

the location has excellent connections, very near tram stops. i found access to the duomo quite easy because of this access. a nearby supermarket made getting essential items quick.

our room was spacious, including a large, comfortable bed. the cleanliness was notable throughout, and i really appreciated that. the bathroom included several well-stocked amenities, a detail i always love to see.

the staff displayed super friendly attitude plus local knowledge about transport. i remember a staff member who helped me with a phone call. this assistance was so very helpful and deeply appreciated, it really stood out.

The staff was helpful. They allowed me to keep my suitcase after checkout before my airport transfer. The hotel's location provides easy access to local transport. I found nice restaurants in close proximity. The room was super clean upon arrival and check-in was accommodated early.
The air conditioning unit seemed a bit outdated.
