The hotel is near the Gerusalemme metro station. I easily accessed other areas. The staff provided AMAZING service and were always ready to assist with directions. The room was Super clean. I really appreciated the cleanliness. I also liked that the hotel offered early check-in!
The air conditioning unit was quite old. It made some noise during the night.

the breakfast had good choices, including cheese and cold cuts. our room offered a really nice view. everything was clean . the reception was open around the clock.
the walls felt thin, and sounds from neighboring rooms were occasionally audible.

the location has excellent connections, very near tram stops. i found access to the duomo quite easy because of this access. a nearby supermarket made getting essential items quick.

our room was spacious, including a large, comfortable bed. the cleanliness was notable throughout, and i really appreciated that. the bathroom included several well-stocked amenities, a detail i always love to see.

the staff displayed super friendly attitude plus local knowledge about transport. i remember a staff member who helped me with a phone call. this assistance was so very helpful and deeply appreciated, it really stood out.
