the location is great and the staff is very friendly. the room was also fully equipped. i felt safe there. i could park my car near the hotel for the whole day.
the backlit panels behind the bed make thermal expansion noises. i found that annoying when trying to sleep

the staff, were friendly and helpful. i felt safe at the hotel, a good thing for me. the central location had many benefits, like close access to the tram and metro.
the windows let in a lot of street noise. it bothered me. the bathroom had motion sensor lighting, it was not convenient when showering. i think it can cause a safety problem. floor in the bathroom wasn't leveled, so puddles formed.

The staff readily helped me park my bicycle at the rear. The in-house handyman arrived quickly to unblock the shower. There was also free coffee and tea available.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast took place at Baker & Moore. It was a nice experience. The location is great as it is right in front of a tram station. Free coffee and tea are available at any time.
