the location proved convenient for accessing many sights.
i found the staff to be less than accommodating (except maybe the cleaning crew). on one occasion, i requested a wake-up call and it wasn't done. this oversight caused me significant inconvenience.

the location was very close to the city center! it was easy to walk to concorde and the seine river. the room was cozy and comfortable. the staff were kind and helpful
the room was small, but it suited my needs for a solo trip.

The hotel is near the residence of the president of france. This location creates a very safe environment. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the city center and two large shopping centers. I found the owner very attentive. They personally managed the reception and breakfast service.
The elderly receptionist was not particularly polite when she made a mistake. She did not apologize after realizing her error.

The location was super, close to several metro stations so getting around was easy. i appreciated the 24/7 front desk. It gave a sense of security. the luggage storage was also helpful, allowing me to explore without my bags.
The room was quite small. Navigating with luggage was a bit challenging.
