my room was hot there was no air conditioning it was not particular hot outside but inside it was unbearable i opened the window a skylight i realized later the rooms above could look down so there was a privacy issue the window closed itself at 8am it made a loud noise

The location was perfect, close to all the attractions I wished to see. My room had a beautiful view of the canal, a scene I will always treasure. Evenings were spent relaxing in the lounge area with great drinks.
The stairs were a bit steep and narrow, it made carrying luggage a little difficult, but I managed ok.

the staff greeted me warmly. the canal view from the extra large canal view room was superb. the hotel's central location made exploring very easy. i liked that everything was within walking distance.
The stairs were indeed narrow. It was a bit of a challenge with my luggage!
