charming stay close to the duomo
great location italian bread breakfast buffet
The location was superb. i was steps from the duomo and many other attractions (uffizi gallery was so close!). the breakfast had great options. I especially liked the muesli and fresh italian bread.

stale pastries stained walls
The breakfast was quite disappointing. The pastries seemed stale and mass-produced. also, the room showed signs of wear. there were some stains on the walls. the bathroom wasn't super clean either, showing a lack of attention to detail. it just felt a bit tired, and the experience didn't quite match expectations.

helpful staff breakfast spread
The staff was attentive and helpful. They promptly addressed any questions I had and provided useful information. The breakfast had a better spread than I expected. It included various cereals, fruit, and pastries.
The lift is quite small so can be an issue if you have a lot of luggage.
