The lighting in the room was poor. It was difficult to read at night. also, i noticed a slight odor in the room, maybe from the carpet, and that bothered me a little. i'd expect better for what i paid, though i didn't complain at the time. it just.

the location worked well it was close to many attractions. the room was quite large i appreciated the space. the staff were friendly and helpful . they assisted with luggage storage before check-in.
the lighting in the bedroom area was very poor. i would have liked more control over the light levels. the coffee machine in the room did not work initially i needed maintenance to repair it.

Amazing Hotel with a PERFECT Location!

The location was indeed great. I could quickly walk to many places I wanted to visit. Reserving a spot at the Ruby Slipper at the front desk was a good idea too. It is a very popular place, it seems.
The room lacked good lighting in the bedroom area. It would have been helpful to have a dimmer to adjust the light as needed. This was a minor inconvenience for me.

The hotel plays 90.7 WWOZ throughout the premises. It creates a nice atmosphere. The front desk staff can help reserve a spot at Ruby Slipper. It saves time because of the usual queue there.
