lack of soundproofing cold air
the staff were helpful enough so no complaints there.
i found the lack of soundproofing a significant issue i could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms and the hallway it was distracting and made it difficult to rest. the air conditioning unit was positioned directly above the bed this caused discomfort as the cold air blew directly onto me it made controlling the room temperature problematic and led to disturbed sleep.
