the staff was very friendly, always ready to assist. i appreciated the convenience of a 7-eleven shop just near the hotel. across the street, i found a very good massage place. the manager was super helpful, and i think the staff are excellent, a great value for money.
the flushing in the toilet was not to giving enough water. it was a really minor issue, though!

i experienced very helpful service, particularly with tour planning. staff members assisted me in getting tickets at good rates. they were always available and quick to respond to any questions i had .

The pool area didn't match the photos. It was a very small space. the location required a 10-minute walk to reach the beach. the room felt a bit outdated.

I found the daily room cleaning meticulous. Fresh water was always provided. the staff were consistently helpful and attentive to every need. the hotel exudes a charming family atmosphere.
The pool area seemed a bit smaller than i expected from the photos. Nevertheless, it was still relaxing.
