Elegant Stay Near the Heart

My room was elegant and spacious. There was also a fridge and kettle with tea and coffee. Shops and restaurants were close to the hotel.
The same key for the front door and the room door was strange. All rooms could be opened with the same key. I felt this as a security problem.

The staff showed me great understanding when I needed help with my luggage because I had an injury. They gave me a room on the first floor and later gave me a quadruple room due to availability.

The breakfast location was pleasant and very complete. It was really nice. The building itself was elegant and the room was very clean with comfortable beds. I felt at home.

the room was huge and spacious. i especially appreciated the fridge and kettle provided, complete with tea and coffee sachets (it's the little things!).

the location is super great it's really close to the old town center i loved how easy it was to walk everywhere the staff was also helpful they answered all my questions about local attractions and transportation options
the room wasn't as clean as i hoped i noticed some dust in the corners and the bathroom floor could've been cleaner also the breakfast selection was a bit limited i wished there were more options available especially fresh fruits
