friendly staff good variety old bed salty water
I found the staff to be friendly. the hotel was clean (i appreciated this). i also enjoyed the restaurant's food. There was a good variety and it seemed decent quality.
The bed was quite old and uncomfortable. i also noticed the tap water did not suit me. It seemed salty (this could be just me).

poor customer service shocking receptionist
the room had a fridge. it was useful.
the customer service was not great! unidentified rules were enforced. a receptionist named sius was shocking. i would not recommend this place for solo travelers.

a tranquil escape with great service
peaceful poolside friendly staff
the pool was nice and big. the hotel staff were friendly and they helped me whenever i needed them. the gardens had lots of lovely greenery. the hotel has a really peaceful poolside too, it had no loud music.
