The staff offered a warm welcome and professional service. Restaurant staff accommodated me well. Live music at the restaurant each night provided good entertainment. Breakfast was very tasty and I appreciated the friendly service.
My room was small. The maintenance was a bit lacking. There were some signs of moisture and mold in the bathroom grout.

The breakfast menu had very satisfying options. The reception staff, including Ira and Nadia, addressed our needs quickly. They even changed our room . The value of the hotel is excellent, and I would definitely consider returning.

the staff here was friendly. they quickly took my luggage up to the room for me. i had an very nice spa treatment i did not expected. breakfast was good too.
the room i got first it was in the basement. it was claustrophobic. the shampoo was empty i did not like it. the towels was also stiff.

The room was really small. two suitcases could not be opened simultaneously. a proper closet did not exist, only some hooks and a shelf were available. certain breakfast options required an extra charge. I noted this particularly with the 'ristretto' coffee.
