The family suite had ample space, surpassing expectations! both the room and bathroom felt massive and wonderfully historic. This was a real bonus with young children. the hotel arranged a valet service to manage ztl access, quite unique!

the hotel wasn't exactly central! though a 20-minute walk got us to everything we wanted.

Authentic Stay Near Ponte Vecchio

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was helpful with information and always available. I appreciated the proximity to Ponte Vecchio. It was a short walk. We found many coffee shops nearby.

I noticed a strong smell in the room upon arrival. I think opening the windows might help.
