I found the staff ever so friendly and helpful. they was especially good about keeping my bags before check-in, nice. the location made my heart sing. It was close to everything i wanted to see.
the room was smaller than i hoped for, a bit cramped.

the staff was polite and the location suited my needs for proximity to transport.
This made access to my room on an upper floor inconvenient. i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs myself, quite taxing.
