friendly staff central location cramped room no elevator
I found the staff ever so friendly and helpful. they was especially good about keeping my bags before check-in, nice. the location made my heart sing. It was close to everything i wanted to see.
the room was smaller than i hoped for, a bit cramped. there wasn't an elevator, and i had to walk up flights of stairs, it was a bit much.

no lift inconvenient access
the staff was polite and the location suited my needs for proximity to transport.
I was disappointed to find there was no lift. This made access to my room on an upper floor inconvenient. i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs myself, quite taxing. a lift would improve accessibility greatly.
