mixed experience at this hotel
small room
the room size proved inadequate for my needs it felt quite cramped. the lack of sufficient lighting made working in the room difficult especially in the evenings. furthermore breakfast service starting at 8am was too late for my schedule

the hotel is near local restaurants i found it easy to get a taxi i liked the air conditioning. the luggage storage was so useful the staff helped me a lot. breakfast was wonderful i enjoyed the options available.

i found the front desk staff very helpful. they were also friendly. beds and pillows were really comfortable. the location was central, and the plaza was surprisingly quiet, especially during winter, which i appreciated. the central location made it easy to reach many of the city's attraction points.
i did not have a kettle, tea, or coffee making facilities in my room. there wasn't even a single glass. it made it difficult to make a hot drink after breakfast finished.

the room had a comfortable bed. i found the space clean and well maintained. the room was lovely and dark once the shutters were down, ensuring a good night's sleep with no disturbance from outside light. the design was very thoughtful.

I found the location very nice. I walked to most major sites. the staff provided great service and was always smiling. the rooftop terrace gave marvelous city views, it became my evening escape. the room had comfortable beds that assured restful nights.
the street noise could be disturbing at times, so i wished for better soundproofing.
