Central Location and Helpful Staff

The hotel is centrally located. I could walk to many main attractions. The staff were cute and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the option to have hot beverages. This was a nice touch. The room was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable.
The street noise was noticeable at night. Lighter sleepers might want to request a room away from the street.

high noise levels non-working mini fridge
the location was acceptable, close to many attractions.
My room faced the street and the noise levels were high. sleep was difficult because i heard people all night. This disturbed my rest, i also had issues with the mini fridge as it did not work, failing to keep my drinks cool, so it was quite disappointing.

some issues with noise
the location was central, a good thing for seeing the city (though it came with some downsides).
My room faced a side street. I found it noisy at night. sounds from nearby bars and restaurants persisted late, and morning brought luggage noise from other hotels. i barely slept .
