the staff was really nice and helpful. they gave me good tips for places to visit. the breakfast had both asian and western food, and i thought everything taste good. i appreciated that the room was clean.
the gym wasnt open when i wanted to use it. i ask them to open it at 7:30, and they say it will open at 8. when i went at 8, it was still lock. also, my room didnt look like the photos i see before, it looked a little old.

Decent Stay, but Some Issues
noisy streetlimited options
The room I had lacked a view, facing directly onto a noisy street. It was quite loud at night. the breakfast buffet did not have many vegetarian options. I had to ask for more fruit each morning since that was the only thing available to me. The staff seemed a bit stretched, as requests took longer than expected.

The breakfast included fresh dishes and a good variety. The hotel was also in a handy position! to get to the nearby bus station, i really appreciated that. the room had all the setup i needed. the staff were very cute. It all.
the gym wasn't open as early as i would have liked! i prefer to workout before starting my work day.

My superior double room city view featured modern decor. i enjoyed having a spacious layout and a seating area with a comfortable sofa. the room also included a mini-fridge and a safe for valuables. It was very useful.

The gym had several cardio machines, including treadmills and stationary bikes. Weights were also available! i found the equipment to be in good condition. the hotel offered complimentary bottled water on each floor. This was a nice amenity.

the breakfast buffet included both western and asian options. i noticed a live cooking station where they prepared eggs to order. fresh fruits, pastries, and coffee were always available each morning. the restaurant also has a varied dinner menu.

the reception staff were always gentle and courteous. they provided helpful information regarding local attractions and transportation options. i noticed they offered luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. the staff were indeed cute.

the room was perfect. i loved the simple but nice buffet. the staff stayed up to check us in at 4am after a sleeper bus, it was so thoughtful. the fresh fruits at breakfast was very good, i appreciated that.
the gym wasn't open at 8am. i asked if they can open gym at 7.30, they said yes at 8am but at 8am gym was locked. an earlier opening would be better.

the hotel had a very nice modern style. the owner clearly cares for modern standards. the room was decorated tastefully. i appreciated the water dispensers on each floor, it saved money.
the receptionist warned me with a demeaning tone. i was told 'do not give the hotel' phone numbers to anyone'. i used the number for directions once. the wifi was also poor. the toilet didn't flush well either.
