the staff was friendly there.
I had some issues with the cleanliness. Specifically, there was grime around the toilet seat. it needed a deep clean i think.

i found my room clean, it had good air conditioning. i liked that the location was great and the staff was friendly too. they helped me with my bag, a very nice thing to do. also, the breakfast was so good, i must say.

the location was really central. breakfast was so good. the staff was helpful and the room was a good size. i was very pleased to stay here. it provided everything they advertised. thank you!
i found some customers slammed their doors very hard. cigarette odor was sensed on the floor.

The location is excellent. It is a short walk to the riverside. the staff was very professional and helpful. the value was great with the breakfast included. i found english and asian food options, along with fresh fruit and drinks.
the bars near the hotel had a focus on sex tourism. the room was not to have been cleaned thoroughly. i noticed other people's hair in the bathroom.

balanced stay
central location good breakfast helpful staff uncomfortable bed damp smell smoke smell
the location was very central i could easily walk to the royal palace. the breakfast was good with enough options to choose from. the staff were helpful when i needed directions.
the bed wasn't very comfortable i could feel the springs. the room had a slight smell of damp i noticed it each time i entered. the corridor sometimes had smoke smell which drifted into the room.
