The location is perfect for exploring the city. It is close to public transport. the bar area provides a relaxing space with attentive staff. i especially liked sitting outside with a drink in the evening. breakfast was à la carte and amazing. I would definitely recommend it.
The air conditioner blew out moldy black dust. I had trouble breathing. black mold was visible in the bathroom, a serious health concern. the moldy dust contaminated my suitcases while i was out.

the gentleman in the bar and restaurant provided positive service. he was polite and respectful adding class to the hotel. the reception handled complaints professionally.

i think this place is pretty cool. the floating restaurant have excellent food, i really enjoyed the meals. its very nice that the rooms has a little deck on the canal. i really like the canal location, its lovely.
our room walls were not clean, i see many dirty marks. also, they are very noisy because of bad isolation. i hear steps very loudly, it was an awfull experience. the reception staff is not cute at all, and that bummed me out.

the location was acceptable. it was easy enough to reach local attractions.
the room was quite cold. it seemed like the heating was insufficient especially at night. also the toilet required multiple flushes to work properly i found this pretty inconvenient and unhygienic. the bed was not comfortable either it sagged in the middle.

the room was a letdown. it was small, and there wasn't space to open my suitcase. the dark room had just a small table and one chair (annoying!). i found the bed too soft.

The room lighting was quite dim. A hairdryer was absent. I had to request one. I found the chairs on the terrace uncomfortable. I could hear noise from the restaurant, and this made it difficult to relax. I think a few improvements could enhance the stay.
