great location friendly staff shower flood lift service
The location was great as it was close to the city center. The staff were also friendly and helpful (I really appreciated that).
The shower flooded the whole bathroom each day. The lift was out of service, so I had to carry luggage up the stairs (I was on the fourth floor!).

The hotel location is certainly advantageous for city exploration. The tram stop is very close to the hotel. It provides convenient access to the central train station. The provided elevator served me very well ..
The hotel did not have air conditioning available. This. The hot water was also not working correctly for two days, so I had to endure cold showers.

dirty bathroom floor undusted shelves
The location was great. It was easy to explore the city from there. The staff I encountered was friendly.
I was really disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in my room. The bathroom shower drain was full of hair and the floor felt dirty. The shelves in the bedroom also hadn't been dusted. I found that unacceptable.
